RugTix is an international business and brand operating through separately incorporated and registered legal entities in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates under common ownership and coordinated management.

The RugTix entities participating in the international operation, administration, management, and support of the RugTix business are:

  • RUGTIX LLC in the United States;

  • RUGTIX LTD in the United Kingdom; and

  • RUGTIX L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates.

Each RugTix entity is a separate legal entity.

Together, the RugTix entities support, manage, and administer RugTix’s international business operations, including:

2. Website Ownership and Operation

RugTix.com is the official international website of the RugTix business and brand.

The website and its associated products, services, content, customer-support functions, and commerce operations are managed and supported through the RugTix entities identified in this Legal Notice.

The involvement of more than one RugTix entity in operating the website or supporting a customer does not mean that all RugTix entities are automatically the seller, contracting party, or legally responsible entity for every transaction.

Where another RugTix entity assists with customer support, payment administration, fulfilment, shipping, delivery, returns, or another operational activity, that assistance does not by itself make the assisting entity the legal seller or contracting party.

Nothing in this Legal Notice makes every RugTix entity jointly responsible for every transaction unless such responsibility is expressly stated in the relevant transaction documentation or required by applicable law.
