Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 7, 2026
1. About These Terms
Welcome to RugTix.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies and transaction-specific information referenced in them, govern your access to and use of RugTix.com, including its content, features, tools, customer accounts, products, checkout, customer support, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with RugTix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services or placing an order.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services or place an order through RugTix.com.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.
2. About RugTix
RugTix is an international business and brand operating through separately incorporated legal entities in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates under common ownership and coordinated management.
The RugTix entities participating in the international operation, administration, management, and support of the RugTix business are:
-
RUGTIX LLC in the United States;
-
RUGTIX LTD in the United Kingdom; and
-
RUGTIX L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates.
Each RugTix entity is a separate legal entity.
Together, the RugTix entities support and administer international website operations, customer service, customer relationship management, order processing, payment administration, product-production coordination, fulfilment, shipping, returns, marketing, information security, fraud prevention, and legal and regulatory compliance.
References in these Terms to “RugTix,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the RugTix entity or entities involved in the relevant Service, operation, or transaction, unless otherwise stated.
Additional information about RugTix’s corporate structure is available in the Legal Notice published on RugTix.com.
3. Contracting Entity and Legal Seller
Depending on the customer’s location, payment arrangements, fulfilment requirements, banking arrangements, and applicable laws, one or more RugTix entities may participate in processing, coordinating, supporting, or fulfilling an order.
The RugTix entity legally responsible for a particular purchase will be the entity identified as the seller, merchant, invoicing entity, or contracting party in the applicable:
-
Checkout information;
-
Order confirmation;
-
Payment receipt;
-
Customer invoice;
-
Refund documentation; or
-
Other transaction record.
The involvement of another RugTix entity in customer support, production coordination, payment administration, fulfilment, shipping, returns, or another operational activity does not by itself make that entity the legal seller or contracting party.
Nothing in these Terms makes every RugTix entity jointly responsible for every transaction unless such responsibility is expressly stated in the applicable transaction documentation or required by law.
4. Consumers and Business Customers
For the purposes of these Terms:
A “Consumer” is an individual purchasing mainly for personal, family, or household purposes and not mainly for a trade, profession, or business.
A “Business Customer” is a person or organization purchasing mainly for commercial, professional, resale, interior-design, hospitality, trade, or other business purposes.
Certain provisions of these Terms apply differently to Consumers and Business Customers.
Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies, those mandatory rights take priority over any inconsistent provision of these Terms.
If you purchase on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that company or organization to these Terms.
5. Related Policies
These Terms incorporate the following RugTix policies, which are available through RugTix.com:
-
Privacy Policy
-
Shipping Policy
-
Refund Policy
-
Legal Notice
-
Any additional terms or disclosures presented on a product page, during checkout, or in the applicable order documentation.
The policies apply as follows:
-
The Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of personal information.
-
The Shipping Policy governs production, fulfilment, dispatch, shipping, delivery, duties, and taxes.
-
The Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
-
The Legal Notice contains corporate, seller, and registered-company information.
If there is an inconsistency:
-
Mandatory applicable law will take priority.
-
Transaction-specific information clearly presented during checkout will apply to that transaction.
-
The applicable order confirmation, invoice, or other transaction record will apply.
-
The policy dealing specifically with the relevant subject will apply.
-
These general Terms will apply to all remaining matters.
6. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By using the Services or placing an order, you represent that:
-
You have reached the age of legal majority in your place of residence; or
-
You are using the Services with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children.
You must not provide false information concerning your identity, age, authority, payment method, or eligibility to use the Services.
7. Customer Accounts
You may browse RugTix.com without creating an account, but certain features may require an account or additional information.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
-
Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
-
Keep your account details up to date;
-
Protect your password and authentication credentials;
-
Notify RugTix promptly of suspected unauthorized access;
-
Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You must not:
-
Transfer, sell, rent, assign, or license your account;
-
Create an account using another person’s identity without authorization;
-
Use an account for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
-
Attempt to bypass account, security, payment, or access controls.
RugTix may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized access, security threats, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms.
8. Accuracy of Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order, including:
-
Name;
-
Email address;
-
Telephone number;
-
Billing address;
-
Shipping address;
-
Payment information;
-
Customs or delivery information where required.
You are responsible for reviewing your information before submitting an order.
RugTix is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional storage expenses, re-delivery expenses, or other losses caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except to the extent RugTix caused or contributed to the error.
You must notify RugTix promptly if you discover an error in your order or contact information.
RugTix will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a requested correction, but changes may not be possible after production, fulfilment, or dispatch has begun.
9. Products and Product Information
RugTix takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, videos, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, availability, and prices are accurate.
Product information may include:
-
Material;
-
Construction method;
-
Pattern;
-
Color;
-
Dimensions;
-
Weight;
-
Texture;
-
Pile characteristics;
-
Care instructions;
-
Production status;
-
Availability.
Product images are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, the appearance of colors may vary because of:
-
Screen calibration;
-
Device settings;
-
Display technology;
-
Lighting;
-
Photography;
-
Browser settings.
Such normal display differences do not affect any right you may have if a product is materially different from its description.
Rugtix may correct errors or update product information where reasonably necessary.
10. Handmade and Individually Produced Products
Many RugTix products are handmade, hand-woven, individually produced, or made after an order is placed.
Natural and production-related variations may occur, including limited differences in:
-
Color tone;
-
Pattern placement;
-
Texture;
-
Weave;
-
Dimensions;
-
Weight;
-
Finish;
-
Fringe;
-
Other characteristics associated with handmade production.
Minor variations that are normal characteristics of handmade or individually produced rugs are not necessarily defects.
This provision does not affect your rights where a product:
-
Is materially different from its description;
-
Has a significant undisclosed defect;
-
Is damaged;
-
Is not of the quality required by applicable law;
-
Is not reasonably fit for an expressly agreed purpose.
11. Made-to-Order Products
RugTix products may be produced after an order is accepted.
Unless a product is expressly identified as custom, personalized, or specially modified, the fact that it is produced after the order is placed does not by itself make it a personalized product or remove rights available under the RugTix Refund Policy or applicable law.
Standard-size and standard-option made-to-order rugs remain eligible for return under the applicable 30-day Refund Policy, subject to its stated conditions.
The usual production period is approximately 2–3 weeks.
Production periods are estimates and may vary due to:
-
Product specifications;
-
Material availability;
-
Handmade production requirements;
-
Quality-control requirements;
-
Operational conditions;
-
Events outside RugTix’s reasonable control.
RugTix will use reasonable efforts to notify the customer of a material production delay.
12. Custom and Personalized Products
A product may be treated as custom or personalized where the customer specifically requests and RugTix confirms a material modification, including:
-
Custom dimensions;
-
Personalized wording or markings;
-
Customer-selected modifications outside standard options;
-
Special design changes;
-
Special color, material, construction, or finishing changes;
-
Other individually commissioned specifications.
A standard size, standard color option, or standard product variant displayed on RugTix.com is not treated as custom merely because it is made after ordering.
Where permitted by applicable law, custom or clearly personalized products may be excluded from voluntary cancellation or return rights if that limitation is clearly disclosed before the customer places the order.
Any such exclusion does not apply where the product is:
-
Defective;
-
Damaged;
-
Incorrect;
-
Materially different from the agreed specifications;
-
Otherwise subject to a mandatory legal remedy.
13. Order Placement
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the products identified in the order subject to these Terms.
After an order is submitted, RugTix may send an automated acknowledgment confirming receipt.
An automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been legally accepted unless it expressly confirms acceptance.
A contract is formed when RugTix:
-
Sends a communication expressly confirming acceptance of the order;
-
Confirms that production or fulfilment has begun; or
-
Otherwise communicates clear acceptance of the order.
RugTix may request additional information before accepting an order, including information reasonably required for:
-
Payment verification;
-
Fraud prevention;
-
Identity verification;
-
Shipping;
-
Customs;
-
Legal or regulatory compliance.
14. Order Review and Customer Responsibility
You must review the following information before submitting an order:
-
Product;
-
Size;
-
Color;
-
Quantity;
-
Price;
-
Billing address;
-
Shipping address;
-
Contact details;
-
Payment method;
-
Any custom instructions.
You are responsible for selecting the correct standard product options and providing accurate custom specifications.
RugTix may rely on the information submitted and confirmed by you.
If RugTix provides a written specification, design confirmation, or custom-order summary, you must review it promptly and notify RugTix of any error before production begins.
15. Order Changes and Customer Cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation by contacting:
A request is not effective until RugTix confirms it.
Before an order is accepted or production begins, RugTix will generally make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or changes.
After acceptance or production begins, changes or cancellations may be limited by:
-
Production status;
-
Custom specifications;
-
Material commitments;
-
Fulfilment status;
-
Shipping status;
-
Applicable law.
Cancellation and return rights are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer-protection law.
Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, these Terms do not restrict that right.
16. Acceptance, Refusal, and Cancellation by RugTix
RugTix may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:
-
Payment failure or reversal;
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
-
Incorrect customer or delivery information;
-
An obvious pricing or product-information error;
-
Product or material unavailability;
-
Production or fulfilment impossibility;
-
Shipping or customs restrictions;
-
Sanctions, trade restrictions, or legal requirements;
-
Safety or security concerns;
-
Abuse of the Services;
-
A material breach of these Terms.
If RugTix cancels an accepted order, RugTix will notify the customer and refund amounts paid for the cancelled products, except where funds must lawfully be withheld, frozen, or handled differently under applicable law or payment-provider requirements.
RugTix will not cancel an accepted order merely to avoid honoring a valid advertised price, except where the price was an obvious and genuine error that a reasonable customer should have recognized.
Where an obvious pricing error is discovered, RugTix may offer the customer the choice to:
-
Continue at the correct price; or
-
Cancel the affected product and receive a refund.
17. Prices and Currency
The price charged will be the price displayed during checkout and confirmed in the applicable order confirmation, subject to correction of an obvious error.
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on location, market settings, or payment method.
Currency conversion may be provided by Shopify, a payment provider, or the customer’s bank.
The customer’s card issuer, bank, or payment provider may apply its own:
-
Currency-conversion rate;
-
International transaction fee;
-
Bank fee;
-
Card-processing fee.
Such independent financial-provider fees are not charged or controlled by RugTix.
RugTix may change product prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an already accepted order unless:
-
The customer agrees;
-
The change is required by law; or
-
The original price was an obvious error handled in accordance with these Terms.
18. Free Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
Unless otherwise expressly disclosed during checkout, RugTix provides Free Worldwide Express Shipping for orders placed through RugTix.com.
RugTix covers applicable import duties and taxes associated with the normal delivery of the order, so customers will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
The amount shown during checkout is the amount payable to RugTix for the applicable order, subject only to:
-
Customer-requested changes;
-
Fees independently imposed by the customer’s bank or payment provider;
-
Charges caused solely by incorrect customer information;
-
Storage or re-delivery charges caused by the customer’s unreasonable failure to accept delivery;
-
Other charges expressly agreed with the customer.
Shipping, duties, taxes, and delivery arrangements are further described in the Shipping Policy.
19. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on:
-
Customer location;
-
Currency;
-
RugTix entity;
-
Payment-provider availability;
-
Transaction risk;
-
Applicable law.
By providing payment information, you represent that:
-
The information is accurate;
-
You are authorized to use the payment method;
-
The payment method has sufficient funds or credit;
-
The transaction does not violate applicable law.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, Shopify Payments, PayPal, banks, card networks, or other authorized payment providers.
RugTix does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
A payment may be subject to:
-
Authorization;
-
Security checks;
-
Fraud screening;
-
Identity verification;
-
Payment-provider approval.
RugTix may delay acceptance or fulfilment until payment is successfully authorized and processed.
20. Payment Authorization, Holds, and Refunds
A payment provider may place an authorization hold before final capture of payment.
The timing of:
-
Authorization release;
-
Refund processing;
-
Bank posting;
-
Currency conversion;
-
Chargeback review
may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
When RugTix issues a refund, it will ordinarily be made to the original payment method unless:
-
Another method is required by law;
-
The original method is unavailable;
-
RugTix and the customer agree to another lawful method.
RugTix is not responsible for processing delays caused solely by the customer’s bank or payment provider after RugTix has properly initiated the refund.
21. Production, Inspection, and Dispatch
Each made-to-order rug typically requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production.
After production is completed, RugTix performs a final quality inspection.
Following completion of production and final inspection, the order will normally be dispatched within 1 business day.
The customer will receive shipping confirmation and available tracking information after dispatch.
Production and dispatch estimates are subject to:
-
Product specifications;
-
Material availability;
-
Handmade production conditions;
-
Quality-control requirements;
-
Carrier availability;
-
Legal and logistical restrictions;
-
Events outside RugTix’s reasonable control.
22. Delivery Time
Express delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on:
-
Destination;
-
Carrier availability;
-
Customs processing;
-
Remote-area requirements;
-
Local logistical conditions;
-
Events outside RugTix’s reasonable control.
The estimated total period from order placement to delivery is approximately 3–4 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates rather than absolute guarantees.
RugTix will use reasonable efforts to:
-
Meet communicated timelines;
-
Notify the customer of material delays;
-
Provide updated information where available;
-
Take appropriate steps if a parcel is lost or materially delayed.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal remedy available for late delivery or non-delivery.
23. Delivery Address and Acceptance of Delivery
Products will be delivered to the shipping address supplied during checkout or subsequently confirmed in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
-
The address is accurate and complete;
-
The recipient is available to accept delivery;
-
Any required telephone number is correct;
-
Delivery instructions are reasonable and accurate.
RugTix or the carrier may require:
-
A signature;
-
Identity confirmation;
-
Delivery appointment;
-
Other reasonable proof of receipt.
If delivery fails because of incorrect information or the customer’s unreasonable failure to accept delivery, RugTix may arrange re-delivery or storage, and reasonable additional costs caused by that failure may be charged where permitted by law.
24. Risk of Loss and Title
For Consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage remains with RugTix until the product is delivered to:
-
The customer;
-
A person identified by the customer to receive it; or
-
Another recipient authorized by the customer.
If the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered or arranged by RugTix, risk may transfer when the product is delivered to that independently selected carrier, where permitted by applicable law.
Legal title to the product transfers after:
-
RugTix has received full payment; and
-
The product has been delivered,
unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section restricts any legal right concerning lost, damaged, or undelivered goods.
25. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders
If tracking information indicates a material delay, loss, or delivery problem, the customer should contact RugTix promptly at:
RugTix may work with the relevant carrier, fulfilment provider, or customs authority to investigate.
The customer may be asked to provide reasonable assistance, including:
-
Confirming the delivery address;
-
Checking with household members or authorized recipients;
-
Providing delivery-related information;
-
Completing a carrier declaration where reasonably required.
RugTix remains responsible for providing remedies required by applicable law and the Shipping Policy.
26. Inspection, Damage, and Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect products within a reasonable period after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the order, contact RugTix promptly and provide:
-
Order number;
-
Description of the issue;
-
Photographs or video where reasonably possible;
-
Packaging information where relevant.
Failure to report an issue immediately does not remove a mandatory legal right, but prompt notice may assist RugTix in investigating and resolving the matter.
Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, RugTix will provide the remedy required by applicable law and the Refund Policy.
27. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
RugTix provides a 30-day return policy.
A customer has 30 days after receiving the product to request an eligible return, subject to the conditions in the Refund Policy.
Eligible standard-size made-to-order rugs may be returned under the standard 30-day policy.
Sale items are eligible for return under the standard 30-day return policy unless a different lawful condition is clearly disclosed before purchase.
To request a return, the customer must contact RugTix and follow the instructions in the Refund Policy.
Products must not be sent to any registered office or business address unless RugTix expressly provides that address as the authorized return destination.
Responsibility for return shipping, return authorization, inspection, refund processing, and exchanges is described in the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits mandatory rights concerning:
-
Defective goods;
-
Damaged goods;
-
Incorrect goods;
-
Goods not as described;
-
Late or failed delivery;
-
Other legally protected matters.
28. Return Condition and Diminished Value
For a voluntary return, the customer should take reasonable care of the product and return it in the condition required by the Refund Policy.
The customer may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and suitability.
Where permitted by applicable law, RugTix may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
This provision does not apply where a product is being returned because it is:
-
Defective;
-
Damaged;
-
Incorrect;
-
Materially not as described;
-
Otherwise subject to a mandatory remedy.
29. Custom-Product Return Limitations
Custom, personalized, or specially modified products may be non-returnable where:
-
The customer specifically requested the customization;
-
The customization was confirmed before production;
-
The limitation was clearly disclosed before purchase; and
-
The exclusion is permitted by applicable law.
This limitation does not affect rights where a custom product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed specifications.
A product is not considered custom merely because it is made to order using standard options offered on RugTix.com.
30. Gift Cards and Promotional Credits
Where RugTix offers gift cards, store credit, or promotional credit:
-
They may be subject to additional terms;
-
They may not be redeemable for cash except where required by law;
-
Lost or stolen codes may not be replaceable unless ownership can be reasonably verified;
-
Expiration rules will comply with applicable law.
Gift cards are generally non-returnable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Promotional credit does not have cash value unless expressly stated.
31. Promotions and Discounts
RugTix may offer promotions, discounts, promotional codes, or limited-time offers.
Additional promotion terms may apply.
Promotions:
-
May have eligibility requirements;
-
May be limited by time, product, customer, or market;
-
May not be combinable unless stated;
-
May be withdrawn before acceptance of an order;
-
Cannot be applied retrospectively unless RugTix agrees.
If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that promotion, subject to mandatory law.
RugTix will not use false availability claims, artificial countdowns, or other materially misleading promotional practices.
32. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
RugTix may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:
-
Product descriptions;
-
Specifications;
-
Pricing;
-
Promotions;
-
Availability;
-
Shipping;
-
Delivery times;
-
Website content.
Where an error affects an unaccepted order, RugTix may correct the information before acceptance.
Where a material error is discovered after acceptance, RugTix will act fairly and may:
-
Honor the order;
-
Offer the corrected terms;
-
Allow the customer to cancel;
-
Cancel and refund the affected product where performance is not reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section permits RugTix to remove or reduce mandatory customer rights.
33. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the following are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by the relevant RugTix entity:
-
RugTix name and branding;
-
Logos;

-

No right, title, or license is granted except the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
34. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
You retain ownership of original content that you lawfully create and submit to RugTix, including reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, and feedback.
By submitting content, you grant RugTix and its relevant entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

This license applies only to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes and subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection law.
You represent that:
-
You own the content or have permission to submit it;
-
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
-
The content does not violate another person’s rights;
-
Any incentive or compensation connected with the content has been properly disclosed;
-
The content is not fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene, or malicious.

RugTix is not obligated to:

Keep unsolicited suggestions confidential;
-
Pay for unsolicited feedback;
-
Respond to every submission.
35. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Services:
-
For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
-
To violate applicable laws or regulations;
-
To violate sanctions, export, import, or trade restrictions;
-
To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;

-
To engage in unauthorized resale or deceptive commercial activity;
-
To use the Services in a manner that could damage RugTix, Shopify, service providers, customers, or third parties.
RugTix may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary.
36. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include or link to third-party:
-
Websites;
-
Payment services;
-
Shipping services;
-
Social-media services;
-
Analytics tools;
-
Customer-support tools;
-
Marketplaces;
-
Search services;
-
Artificial-intelligence-enabled services;
-
Product-discovery channels.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
RugTix does not control unaffiliated third parties and is not responsible for their independent:
-
Content;
-
Availability;
-
Security;
-
Products;
-
Services;
-
Privacy practices;
-
Business practices.
A link or integration does not necessarily mean that RugTix endorses the third party.
37. Relationship with Shopify
RugTix.com is hosted and supported by Shopify.
Shopify provides the commerce platform and related technology used to make the Services available.
Sales made through RugTix.com are between the customer and the applicable RugTix contracting entity, not Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of RugTix products and does not control:
-
Product production;
-
Product descriptions;
-
Order acceptance;
-
Shipping;
-
Returns;
-
Refund decisions;
-
Customer service;
-
Product quality.
To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for losses or claims arising solely from products sold or transactions entered into between RugTix and the customer.
Nothing in this section limits any independent obligation that Shopify may have under its own terms, privacy notice, or applicable law.
38. Artificial-Intelligence-Enabled and Other Sales Channels
RugTix products may be displayed or made available through Shopify-supported marketplaces, search services, agentic storefronts, artificial-intelligence-enabled channels, and other third-party discovery or sales channels.
Use of a third-party channel may also be subject to that channel’s own terms.
Where an order is completed through such a channel:
-
The applicable RugTix entity remains the seller unless otherwise clearly stated;
-
Transaction information provided during checkout applies;
-
These Terms and relevant RugTix policies apply to the extent incorporated into the transaction;
-
The third-party channel may independently process information under its own terms and privacy policy.
39. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information submitted through the Services is processed in accordance with the RugTix Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains:
-
Which RugTix entities process personal information;
-
When entities may act independently or jointly;
-
Categories of information collected;
-
Purposes and legal bases;
-
Cookies and targeted advertising;
-
Data Sharing Opt-Out;
-
International transfers;
-
Retention;
-
Privacy rights;
-
Contact and complaint procedures.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have received access to the Privacy Policy.
Consent will be obtained separately where applicable law requires affirmative consent.
40. Website Availability
RugTix aims to maintain reliable access to the Services but does not guarantee that every website feature will always be:
-
Uninterrupted;
-
Error-free;
-
Available in every country;
-
Compatible with every device;
-
Free from temporary maintenance.
RugTix may reasonably:
-
Maintain or update the website;
-
Change features;
-
Introduce new services;
-
Remove obsolete functions;
-
Restrict access for security or legal reasons;
-
